A Harrier is a bigger beagle; or beagles on steroids as they are being called... in terms of taperament, similar to their cousin beagle, but, more independent and not vocal. They can stay alone if needed during the day and generally the are more independent than beagles.
A foxhound is all of the above plus literally the kindest dog you can possibly ask for. Great with kids and other pets. Great companion dog. Gerlnerally speaking the perfect dog.
An amazing breed that due to its size makes foxhound not the primary choice.

He loves every single living being on this planet. He will welcome everyone.
He is way too smart, beyond reality smart and he has a such great taperament. He brings so much joy to the family. He is social, he would hug anyone who would approach. He cannot ever imagine harm.
He is so well trained. He will not pee or poo at my backyard even if he waits for the whole day. He will wait for me to take him to his walk.
All and all Zoro would have amazing puppies and this world definitely deserves his pups.

An ideal hybrid would be with a cocker Spaniel but his perfect much a bigger beagle of 18 kg plus or a foxeagle or beagle harrier.
