Refund policy

We allow you to purchase a premium plan to make your listing show at the top. Also, you will be able to send messages and view others' contact information. But we do not guarantee that you will get a partner for your pet as it depends on currently available profiles and mutual consent between you and the other party.

Once you buy our premium package, you can access premium features like sending messages and viewing contact information; therefore, if you buy a plan and have already used premium features like sending messages and viewing phone numbers. Then we won't be able to refund.

We can only refund if these conditions fall.

1. You requested a refund within seven days of purchase. Also, you did not use premium features.

2. You paid for a premium package, but we could not activate your premium plan features due to some technical problem from our end.
